Patience

Patience is something you don’t know the depth of until you have to find it. It’s about how you carry yourself and handle the here and now without losing yourself in it, keeping your calm in moments that test you, choosing softness when you’re stretched thin.

There are moments, especially in parenthood, when you’re being pulled in every direction, the noise and the needs pile up. Little hands, little voices, little needs. You breathe. You hold steady. You let the moment pass without letting it pull you under.

Patience doesn’t mean you never feel frustration. It’s a strength that keeps love safe even when you’re close to the edge.
